The Other Activities segment manages the financial components and services. In January 2014, it sold a 60% stake in Russia's Arctic Yamal development. In February 2014, the Company acquired a 51% stake in Acam Clienti SpA; Following the acquistion, the Company holds all the shares ACAMS.
